By submitting an application to participate in the Miss USA® or Miss Teen USA® Casting Program (the “Casting”), applicants acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $150 USD is required to submit an application. Payment of the fee does not guarantee selection or participation in the Miss USA® or Miss Teen USA® pageants.

2. No Guarantee of Selection: Submission of an application does not obligate BDE Miss USA, LLC, the Miss USA Organization, or the Miss Teen USA Organization (collectively, the “Organization”) to select any applicant. Selection is at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Organization.

3. No Prizes or Consideration: The Casting process is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or contest of chance. No prizes, awards, or monetary compensation are offered in connection with the Casting. The application fee solely covers administrative and processing costs associated with reviewing applications.

4. Eligibility: Applicants must meet all age and other eligibility requirements as published by the Organization to be considered. Submission of an application does not waive or alter eligibility requirements.

5. Refund Policy: All application fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether an applicant is selected to represent an open state or otherwise advance in the Casting process.

6. Rights & Release: By applying, applicants consent to the use of their name, likeness, application materials, and related information for internal review, publicity, and promotional purposes associated with the Casting, subject to the Organization’s sole discretion.

7. Governing Law: This Casting and all related matters shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
