At just 17 years old, Mailyn Marsh of Missouri was crowned Miss Teen USA at the latest national pageant in October 2025.

A student at Ozark High School, she is the founder of Keep Girls In School, an initiative fighting period poverty by providing hundreds of essential products to students across Missouri. A classically trained hunter-jumper equestrian and advocate for sustainable fashion, she promotes ethical shopping and confidence through self-love. Inspired by her own skincare journey, she hopes to become a dermatologist.

During Mailyn’s time as Miss Teen USA, she has been recognized with the national “Spot On” Award by Alliance for Period Supplies due to her work in the community.
