Representing Virginia, Justus Kelley was crowned Miss USA 2026 in August.

A philanthropic advisor who holds a Master of Public Health Administration, Kelley is the first Miss USA in history over the age of 30. Proudly married and a licensed foster parent, she developed the organization Foster Footprints to support and empower foster youth and their families. 

Kelley will represent the United States at Miss Universe to be held in Puerto Rico this November, receiving a Jaguar F Pace car and $150,000 cash prize.

“This is a 10-year journey and pursuit of the crown for me to become Miss USA,” said Kelley. “This is proof that someone’s wildest dreams can truly become reality when ordinary people refuse to quit.”
